Snow Day

We had a great snow day and I supposed we will have another tomorrow! We got about 8 inches of snow here - it was (and still is) beautiful! We went outside for about 12.2 minutes - we were all bundled, but it was still frigid! (And we know that I already try to freeze Clay inside the house, so we decided it would be in his best interest to go inside - and yes, the heat is on and will stay on every night now.)

I started out the day right - I made two homemade cheesecakes! I didn't make two on purpose, it just happened that way. I followed the recipe by the book and it made way too much filling for one cheesecake. I had bought a graham cracker crust thinking that I would just use that for the cheesecake, but then I found a homemade crust I wanted to make instead. Well, I used the homemade crust and the pre-made crust. I will say the cheesecake with the homemade crust is delicious!

Casey has been studying a lot today - this Calculus 2 class is a little tough! Yuck if you ask me. Better him than me - it all looks like a whole lot of chicken scratch to me. Looks about like a 3 year old writing random numbers and symbols down in random order and acting like it makes a whole lot of sense.

We did watch Toy Story 3 today - it's pretty funny. We both laughed pretty hard - Clay laughed at us. That's an ongoing happening in our house - we laugh at random things and Clay laughs at us. He sometimes laughs at us when we aren't trying to be funny in the least. It's pretty hilarious!
